Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is committed to building products that offer users simple, fast, and affordable logistics solutions for our clients. WFS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and enhance our logistics offerings. In this role, you will focus on leveraging Walmart's supply chain infrastructure and technology to develop and commercialize logistics solutions.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the discovery process to add or enhance fulfillment solutions and to define the user experience for UX design. This position will require cross-functional collaboration to align feature and product needs with other product roadmaps and business teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on developing features and technologies to enable commercialization of Walmart’s extensive supply chain infrastructure.
This Senior Product Manager will be skilled at engaging and communicating with business, data, and engineering teams to build and maintain alignment on product and program investments to meet the needs of our clients.

Demonstrate effective organization skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have experience in Supply Chain – specifically fulfillment, last mile, reverse logistics, or 3PL industries
You are familiar with operational and product metrics, as well as SQL.

Developing feature strategies through user studies, A/B testing, or focus groups to drive product adoption and retention.
Exhibiting end-to-end ownership of product segments within a roadmap to deliver features from ideation through customer research to full launch and rollout.
Incorporating the voice of the customer in critical business and product decisions, strategies, and process changes.
Defining, analyzing, and monitoring data for KPIs that provide insights into product performance and user experience to drive product insights and feature prioritization.
