What you'll do...
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager who is passionate about supply chain to lead the charge in developing simple, fast, and affordable logistics solutions for our clients. As a Staff Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for Walmart's logistics customers and leverage Walmart's extensive supply chain infrastructure to offer innovative solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Fulfillment Operations, Engineering, UX Design, Business Development, Product, and Analytics, to develop supply chain solutions that drive improvements in Walmart's Supply fulfillment operations, reduce cost to serve, and contribute to Walmart's Everyday Low Prices. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain and a track record of success in fulfillment, last mile, or 3PL industries. You'll need to excel in an agile and iterative team environment where communication, collaboration, and organization skills are key to success. Skilled at communicating with cross functional teams from executives to engineering with the right level of detail and technical requirements.
Demonstrate effective organization skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excel in an agile and iterative team environment where communication, collaboration, and organization skills are key to success.
You have experience in Supply Chain – specifically fulfillment, last mile, or 3PL industries
You are familiar with user experience design and have a SQL background.

Developing product strategy and lead initiatives to completion against that strategy with end-to-end ownership.
Work with cross functional teams across multiple locations to translate the product strategy into a roadmap, building features from ideation through customer research to full launch and rollout.
Driving improvements in Walmart’s Supply Chain Density, reductions in cost to serve, and contribute to Walmart’s Everyday Low Prices.
Leading product initiatives – Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product Manager deliverables.
