What you'll do...
Position: Manager - II, Product Management
Job Location: 702 SW 8th St, Bentonville, AR 72712
Duties: Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in product management or related experience; OR 4 years of experience in product management or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience with: Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence; Agile Project Delivery experience; Build vision and strategy for a product family; Providing thought leadership on best practices to drive decision-making; Customer Research, Market Research, and competitive assessments; Setting objectives and KPIs for products; Identifying and prioritizing features based on data; Defining product strategy and roadmap; Use SQL to query data; and Visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) to build charts.
