What you'll do...
Position: Manager II, Product Management
Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712
Duties: Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders.
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in product management, project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience with: Analyzing and interpreting data; Creating Business and Product requirement documents; Performing research into data and providing consultations to business teams; Communicating with stakeholders, technically with the engineering team, and as a designer with the UX team, convincing the leadership team of the vision; Identifying any problems, analyzing multiple possible solutions and deciding best course of action; Connecting with stakeholders and users to understand the requirements and desired user experience; User-experience and user-interface; Analyzing facts, synthesizing and drawing inferences, understanding how data can be used for competitive advantage, and collaborating between teams to provide actionable insight; Creating a product roadmap; Evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas and requests to eliminate wasteful practices and deliver value to the customers; and Identifying the best-performing variation of the product/feature using A/B Testing.
