What you'll do...
Project Archer is an Augmented Reality studio based in the Seattle area. We are a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, all innovating and creating the immersive AR future for retail. We focus on exploring user scenarios that assist customers with their shopping trips and provide delightful in-store experiences.
About The Role:
We are looking for a genuine, insightful, and imaginative Senior Product Manager to help research, define, and craft product and feature roadmaps. Together with the Director of Product you will guide the organization's product strategy and vision while developing product roadmaps and driving features to completion.
What You'll Do
Be a champion of our customers and identify ways immersive AR can enhance the customer journey
Research and identify business opportunities by working closely with retail business owners
Articulate problem statements and define success metrics
Work with designers and engineers to create innovative prototypes and explorations, and drive well-tested design to feature completion
Coach team members to maintain focus on the customer and deepen the understanding of the customer
Create scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences and insights, analyze and report on findings, and suggest a follow-on course of action
Identify new/uncharted areas for value creation
Promote product strategies and vision across teams and to stakeholders.
Systematically convey complex information and address ambiguity to drive alignment of feature development through delivery
Independently prepare clear, concise, and logically structured reports/materials in order to deliver team members and stakeholders timely updates and sound recommendations
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in product management or a similar field related to technology
Ability to build stakeholder consensus within the team and across the larger, highly matrixed organization
History of successfully driving product features from Zero to One
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to understand basic technical concepts and negotiate feature/tech tradeoffs
Comfort with ambiguity a must
Well-honed killed in building effective relationships with other organizations in the company
Highly skillful in working closely with and influencing design and engineering
Attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for Augmented Reality or Virtual Reality technologies
Background in and understanding of retail business is a plus
Experience with games or other 3D software development
