In this role you will....
 

Be at the forefront of driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our Spark Driver App Earnings experience, encompassing Offer Pricing, Tipping, and Driver Payments. You will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way Drivers are paid through innovative pricing models, machine learning (ML) integration, enhancing customer and driver tipping experiences, and introducing new payment processing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and enhance products: Create and manage product roadmaps, requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

  • Test and Learn: Collaborate with analytics partners to define A/B tests, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX.

  • Identify strategies and vision: Utilize domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, and business cases to establish a vision for your products.

  • Build collaborative relationships: Partner with key stakeholders to drive priorities aligned with business goals, communicate and prioritize product roadmaps, and secure buy-in from executive leadership.

  • Provide overall direction: Analyze business objectives and driver needs to set the direction for your products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field AND 7 years of experience in product management OR 9 years of experience in product management or related field

  • Proven experience as a product manager, preferably with consumer-facing, large-scale, and highly complex B2B/C products

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
