What you'll do...
The Product Strategy role for Generative AI will wear multiple hats in serving and activating the change management required to maximize the benefit of generative AI in the Walmart Enterprise. Core functions include building out the strategy for Gen AI and LLM’s, communications, training, and roadmap development. Deep integration into various business units and customer use case needs to inform the 1 – 3 year growth plan for emerging technology in the New Business and Emerging tech organization. Exemplary presentation development skills for the Board, C-suite and general audience in both tech and business specialties a must. Strong retail base is important. Must be curious and a student of the business, continually educating and understanding the leading trends and indicators in the market. Key character traits include data driven, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about the customer.

What you'll do:
- As a member of the growth team of Gen AI you will have the opportunity to discover, communicate and influence cross functional partners in their journey of development and enhanced productivity. This is a diverse role with strong visibility across the enterprise.
- Work with business and tech leaders, communications specialists, product managers, data scientists and solution architects to develop high level understanding of scope and needs to support enterprise growth.
- Communicating roadmaps, trends, cross-functional efforts and needs to a broad base of executives serving all business functions within Walmart through various communication vehicles.

Provides timely feedback and seeks, internalizes, and utilizes feedback received.
- Technology Orientation: Supports the adoption of new and emerging technologies. Possesses an understanding of complete systems architecture, services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used. Demonstrates awareness of system architectural principles. Demonstrates awareness of technical topics at a conceptual level, as well as the systems and data that enable major capabilities, and drives innovation.
