What you'll do...

As a member of the Walmart Finance Data Factory Product Organization, you will be an integral part of improving the overall data strategy, availability, compliance, and processing through technology.  As we look at the growing needs of data, processing, and analytics, you will help impact the data strategy and needs for Walmart through the Finance Data Factory, the finance data backbone managing the finance data streams.

What you'll do:

• • Developing and enhancing products – you will analyze system and product data, turn business needs into actionable initiatives, support rollout strategy, and manage risks with data, products, and projects.  

  • Supporting vision and strategies for your product line, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying opportunities and improvements, creating meaningful user stories, aligning requirements to strategy initiatives, and maintaining a healthy backlog and roadmap.  

  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from all stakeholders.  

What you'll bring:

• • You have experience working in finance data or other data domains. 

  • You like digging into data, doing some analysis, and are able make decisions based off results.  

  • You have a product mindset, and you are associate-centric in spirit and in execution.  

  •  You’re comfortable influencing others, working on 4ITB teams, working directly with stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly. ​

  • You’re excited about solving complex challenges.   

  • You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products.  

  • You have experience with SAP products, General Ledger, and/or Finance.
