TikTok strategic account product team plays a critical role in building and growing strategic commerce partnership between TikTok and the world's top-tier strategic brands and ecosystem partners. With TikTok Open Platform and custom integration, we empower strategic brands and ecosystem partners to collaborate with TikTok platform, and collectively deliver a compelling and differentiated customer experience with our joint assets. Responsibilities - Product Strategy: Partner with business development team and strategic account team to develop partnership strategy, partner account plans, and product integration strategy. - Customer Engagement: Work closely with our strategic partners and strategic brands to identify their current and future needs. Design and evangelize TikTok commerce solutions to enable sellers' success on TikTok platform. Establish clear success metrics, performance management, and business growth plans. - Product Solution: Develop product integration solutions and roadmaps. Collaborate with internal product domain managers and external partner product teams on product design, product development, product launch, and post-launch product issue resolution. - Product Innovation: Drive continuous product solution innovation with deep industry, customer, competitive, and data-driven insights. Lead innovation for TikTok commerce solution.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the Commerce industry. Experience in fashion, beauty, home & living, food & beverage or consumer electronics categories is a plus. - In-depth understanding of Commerce product architecture and open API platforms. - Experience with technical consulting and/or architecture design for large-scale Commerce companies is a plus. - Experience in complex systems integration across different Commerce product domains. - Ability to both think big and dive deep. Strong bias for action to deliver solid business results. - Strong communication skills, cross functional collaboration skills, project management skill, and partner and strategic account relationship management skills. - A growth mindset with strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Bachelor's degree is required. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $190190 - $474240 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
