Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic product managers to join our TikTok Shopping team. As a product manager, you will be responsible for planning end-to-end merchants' products, including but not limited to merchant onboarding/sku listing/promotion&marketing/order handling&fulfillment/billing/chats, etc. Responsibilities: • Understand merchants’ business operation strategies and their daily work through various channels such as interview, focus groups, online feedback channel, etc. Be able to design and plan for merchants products and proper improvements. • Keen to numbers and results. Be able to achieve best business goals through leveraging multiple resources and efforts. • Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international background on a daily basis, including Product Operation/Operation/Technical/Data/ Risk Control teams. • Capabilities to have projects implemented well from start to the end.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above. • 3+ years work experience with the e-commerce industry. Experience of designing merchants' products is a plus. • Previous experience as a product manager/ product design is a must. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations. • Good analytical and problem solving skills. • Experience in global corporation is preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135850 - $337400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
