Salesforce transforms the businesses of hundreds of thousands of customers and millions of users. Your insights will matter - at scale. You have deep empathy for their everyday struggles and challenges. You always put their needs first, and you’re unwavering in your desire to provide the best experiences for users.
To that end, you seek out diverse data, and you triangulate them. You eagerly use new research methods to get at the heart of the issue, and you have expertise with the ‘tried and true’ ones. You prioritize the thoughtful inclusion of marginalized people in your research and design processes.
Sound like you? Then you're someone we want to work with. As a research intern on the Cross-Cloud Research and Insights team, your work can span across all of our product areas. You will learn about and advocate for users across industries and lines of business, technical users who are helping their companies transform, and consumers.
