Senior Product Manager (Medical Devices)
Responsibilities
· Manages day to day progress of the products.
· Produce evidence-based strategic plans for advanced technology and product line expansion.
· Conducts marketing analysis and assessment to develop a launch plan for NPI’s.
· Coordinates and develops marketing, sales and financial plans for product portfolio.
· Provides financial and technical justification for product selection and NPI’s.
· Conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in the industry.
· Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
· Identifies partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's product line.
· Participates in key sales situations for the product.
· Identifies market potential, establishes pricing and market strategies, estimates potential sales, introduces market, distribution/channel issues, and manages mature product through phase-out.
· Plans, organizes, and coordinates events/programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources.
· Provides continuing product tracking and management of established product to obtain financial objectives.
· Analyzes and determines the proper on hand product quantities, safety stocks and twelve-month moving forecast.
· Provide technical assistance with complex customer issues as well as consulting services to streamline customer internal management processes.
· Conducts surgeon and sales rep product and procedure training in cadaveric workshops and lectures.
· Provides technical expertise and training to sales team and other departments in support of the product.
· Defines promotional activities, publicizing the product through the press, sales force, and alternate distribution channels.
· Establish and maintain relationships with KOL’s.
· Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for the products Rationalize products/systems where necessary.
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences and related field, MBA is a plus.
· 3 -5 years’ experience in Brand Management / Marketing role in Healthcare / Medical Devices Industries.
· Experience working with Orthopedics and attend the operating theater is a plus.
· Experience in new launch products and exploring new customers.
· Good Command of English skills and Fluent in Thai language
