At the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, what matters most is helping people live full and healthy lives. We focus on treating, curing, and preventing some of the most devastating and complex diseases of our time. And we pursue the most promising science, wherever it might be found.

The Global Sciences Business Technology team is focused on providing leading-edge technology solutions to enable Janssen’s therapeutic discovery and development organizations create innovative medical solutions to address important unmet medical needs in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, infectious diseases and vaccines, and cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.

The Global Sciences Business Technology team members work directly with R&D business partners to provide strategic analysis of business processes, define scientific IT requirements, and develop strategic partnerships to deliver sophisticated cross-site and multi-disciplinary projects and programs.

To achieve Janssen R&D’s dedication to increase the number of drugs it brings to the market, originating from internal efforts, we need to enable expedited exploration of a larger and more diverse molecular space through automation, utilization of novel modalities, profiling approaches and the application of data science. Every one of these challenges is dependent on the technology platforms that enable our increasingly automated laboratory systems, support the management, integration, and analysis of generated data, and provide insight and decision-making support to our researchers.

The Technology Product Owner Biologics Discovery, Global Sciences Business Technology will provide technology and organizational leadership, drive programs, assess technologies, and deliver IT solutions to enable discovery of new biologics Working with technical implementation teams across the organization, the Technology Product Owner will contribute to the ambitious digital transformation of Janssen’s Discovery Engine.
