• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products;
• Work with regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies;
• Contribute to the development of brand strategies for products, services, and programs including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management;
• Design and drive the go-to-market strategy for entire product portfolio;
• Lead new product launch, ensuring market opportunity, product positioning sales message, sales strategy, sales pricing, inventory, and sales promotion;
• Analyze competitive activities, market research, medical and sales data analytics to determine franchise' potential growth and profitability;
• Lead transactional & strategic pricing activities;
• Ensure best in class promotional materials for assigned products;
• Remain connected with market needs through frequent interaction with customers and sales representatives, attend industry meetings, review medical journals, etc;
• Partner closely with sales teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy;
• Build collaborative relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders to identify unmet portfolio and customer needs for assigned product categories;
• Support and guide sales team members on sales objectives and marketing projects;
• Provide technical support to the salesforce to enable effective communication of product messages;
• Prepare product forecasts and constantly monitors inventory levels, liaising closely with Supply Chain to ensure that supply timelines are met;
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment between demand and supply;
• P&L management and budget control of the responsible products;
• Manage the A&P budget aligned to the brand & portfolio strategy;
Qualifications
Education: University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required;
• 3 years of professional relevant commercial experience including sales and/or marketing;
• Experience in marketing and product management / strategy;
• Experience in product launches;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in Medical Devices / Medtech is strongly preferred.
