Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager -Technical Product Owner for Privacy domain located in Asia Pacific, China.

The Manager will have the accountability for Privacy domains within Corporate Technology ASPAC and works closely with the regional & Global business partners. The successful candidate works with business and business technology partner(s) on all strategic and tactical initiatives, shaping and managing demand across wide spectrum of Technology capabilities.
In this capacity, the role is expected to drive the regional solution planning, capability roadmap development and implement and support of global and regional products in the Privacy domain. Furthermore, it is crucial that you are a natural collaborator, who has the leadership presence to influence results and build a strong sense of collective team engagement. We desire a candidate who has experience structuring & facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders. In addition to these core skills, we would expect you to have the following technical expertise:
Job Description
- Project Initiation – Define Project scope, Terms of Reference Documentation and identify all the key Stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop programme structure and resource planning
- Work with ISRM (Information Security and Risk Management), Privacy, Sector IT, Legal and with business owners to deliver their requirements for Privacy related projects/programs on time and within budget
- Host Internal cross sector working groups engaging with key stakeholders and provide materials for these sessions to enable fact-based conclusions to be drawn and allocated appropriately
- Communication - Ensuring all key stakeholders understand project milestones, risks and issues. Provide regular status updates to management.
- Execution - Working with core team from the business, agree defined action plan with owners and dates and follow through to delivery. Working collaboratively with IT (cross sector), the Business (Privacy Team), ISRM (Information Security and Risk Management) and cross sector asset colleagues to ensure a coordinated Front to Back delivery of initiatives.
- Business analysis from IT perspective – In depth review of data privacy reporting requirements across all regulatory bodies. Ability to organize and drive answers based on detail and complex counterparty structures. Work with Privacy/ISRM to translate business requirements to functional requirements.
- Requirements Gathering - Document detailed and intricate business requirements for upcoming regulations. Documentation and analysis should use appropriate change management tools and techniques
- Provide support in data mapping process, the data privacy impact assessments and documentation of data processing activities conducted by the businesses and corporate functions
- Lead delivery teams using agile ways of working, building a proven sense of collective team engagement
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement
- A minimum of 5 years of professional business experience and IT experience supporting technology and data products in a team-based environment is required
- Knowledge and experience with standard methodologies for software/product life cycle development, agile development, information architecture, data & analytics, and user experience principles
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
- Mandarin & English are required
- Able to lead complex projects
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills to be able to address escalations and leadership updates, including the ability to collaborate closely with people across the business
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and manage own caseload
Preferred
- Experience working in data regulatory compliance, data management and data security
- Knowledge of the PIPL and/or other prime data protection laws is a plus
- Any Privacy certifications (CIPT, CIPP) is a plus
- Experience with OneTrust Data Privacy Management Software is good to have
