Key Qualifications

  • - 10+ years of product management experience building ML software products.
  • - 5+ years of building advertising technology including platforms (ad exchange, or supply side platform), ad networks (mobile), and search advertising.
  • - Demonstrated ability handling an impactful Product Management team.
  • - Experience partnering with external teams and cross functional partners to deliver on shared outcomes.
  • - Customer first point of view with a track record of building ML solutions that optimize for end user and advertiser experience goals.
  • - Ability to demonstrate data driven approaches to justify product opportunities and measure success.
  • - Solid understanding of modern machine learning and its components with track record of collaborating with ML engineers and data scientists on technical design discussions and proposing simple, creative solutions to sophisticated problems.
  • - Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with an ability to influence and collaboratively build consensus.
  • - Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.


- Define product vision and strategy for the Marketplace advertiser and user experience products, with a focus on building and improving ads relevance, matching, quality, integrity, and recommendations across our ad placements using the latest ML technologies. - Set clear metrics that measure the health of the ads marketplace and develop strategy to improve long term marketplace health by balancing business, advertiser, and user needs. - Work very closely with Data insights and Engineering (including Privacy, Yield management, Ad serving and Experimentation) teams to plan, develop and launch products at scale. - Collaborate with business partners to understand business direction, customer needs, product structure, and requirements.- Articulate strategy, progress, and status of product features in executive and leadership reviews.- Define, prioritize, and deliver marketplace product roadmap and product features based on business requirements and be responsible for the development, delivery, and deployment of solutions. - Attract, build, lead, and mentor a dedicated & diverse team of product managers globally.

Education & Experience

BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, or related areas
