The Opportunity

Millions around the world use Adobe Creative Cloud to power their creativity. Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps is the individual subscription plan to access top creative apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and more. Adobe’s ultimate creative toolkit, the plan now includes access to new generative AI features across products.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to oversee and future proof the Creative Cloud All Apps plan for individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for building the strategic pillars of the business, monitoring financial performance, updating messaging and positioning, and owning the voice of the All Apps customer. You will work with multiple cross-functional teams across multiple regions (LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

What You’ll Do

  • Understand, size, and communicate big bets for the business to inform yearly planning

  • Monitor and analyze financial trends of the business; provide in-depth commentary on trends in partnership with Finance

  • Understand value proposition of Creative Cloud All Apps and articulate this value to cross-functional Campaign and Growth teams.

  • Build empathy with subscribers of the Creative Cloud All Apps plan through market research, insights, and customer interviews

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2023 - June 2024

  • Experience in strategic advisory, marketing and/or product management

  • Ability to build a strategy and roadmap based on data analysis, market and customer research, and user experience findings

  • A customer centric approach

  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify, analyze and use qualitative and quantitative data to advise recommendations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,800 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
