The Opportunity
Our Integrative Business Enablement (IBE) organization is looking for an Experienced Product Manager who can analyze customer challenges, assess organizational dynamics, and integrate multiple ecosystems to define common product strategy. The successful candidate shall interact with IBE leadership to align vision, roadmap, and prioritization of digital assets platform and its many capabilities. The candidate should also build more positive relationships with all IBE collaborators, customers, and partners, as well as identify new areas for business growth.
What you'll Do
- Lead the transformation of IBE content teams from multiple solution platforms to single, Adobe-tech-powered enterprise platform.
- Own existing and future content repositories, identifying improvement opportunities for ingestion, storage, retrieval, collaboration, and overall life cycle management of enterprise rich-media assets, including text, graphics, images, videos, and audio.
- Establish a centralized, AEM Assets powered platform and synthesize siloed content collections into curated enterprise repositories that can harness visual, data, and all other forms of digital content.
- Unify employees' workflows to streamline enterprise creative processes and measure lifecycles of enterprise digital assets.
- Work with other teams to define, design, and deliver digital experiences that tackle sophisticated content management challenges.
What you need to succeed
- BS/MS in product management, computer science, business management or an equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements.
- Passion for crafting exceptional product experiences and driving business growth through strategic integrations.
- Ability to thrive in a highly sophisticated environment.
- Experience on a product team developing creative tools, preferably using Adobe technologies.
- Ability to evangelize and test new business ideas with team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to understand complex technical details as well as provide mentorship and recommendations to both technical and business collaborators.
- Previous exposure to Adobe Cloud technologies.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
